anchors drop

Discard a task from the queue without completing it (removes; does not archive).

Removes a live task (pending or claimed) from the queue — for junk: obsolete
tasks, duplicates, or a plan that landed as 'triage' and you do not want to handle.
Unlike 'done' (which archives into done/): drop deletes, it does not become history.
